Lyris is first and foremost a united team of professionals from diverse backgrounds – engineers, project managers, and field experts. Each team member brings their expertise, dedication, and passion to contribute to ambitious projects. Our collective strength enables us to innovate, adapt, and turn every project into a shared success.

A human-sized structure

The team is made up of professionals (engineers but not only) who are generalists in the construction sector and whose technical expertise has been acquired on operations that are often complex (cramped site, site in operation, tight schedule, high level of co-activity, etc. ).

These issues have largely contributed to the improvement of their abilities to apprehend the difficulties inherent in any operation as well as their taste for this profession which cannot be practiced without a certain passion.

Rodolphe SEYNAT
Position : Founder and Chairman of the LYRIS Group
Fonctions : Group management, business development, team management and customer relationship management
The little extra : Passionate about kitesurfing, Rodolphe is driven by a taste for challenge.
Mathieu CLOCHE
Position : General Manager
Fonctions : Estimating, customer relationship management, organisation, operational planning, monitoring of sites and associated budgets.
The little extra : A true "Swiss Army knife" of the team, Mathieu is always available.
Kathleen MARIE-ANNE
Position : Technical Assistant
Fonctions : Administrative and technical management of projects in the implementation phase.
The little extra : Kathleen is a discreet but altruistic personality!
Remi FERNANDES
Position : Economist
Fonctions : Costing, consultation and negotiation with companies, financial and administrative follow-up, preparation of technical and administrative documents.
The little extra : Smiling and optimistic, Rémi always brings his good mood!
Mathieu LELONG
Position : Real Estate Project Director
Fonctions : Estimation, technical and financial monitoring, scheduling, organization, and client relationship management for mixed-use projects (logistics, housing, and offices).
The little extra : A cycling enthusiast, his patience and energy are a great asset to the group.
Jessica LARAISE
Position : Accountant
Fonctions : Accounting and financial management of the company, HR monitoring and management.
The little extra : Jessica juggles her accounting and HR functions.
Angélique JOUNIAUX
Position : Marketing Assistant
Fonctions : Preparation of commercial brochures, implementation of communication, and participation in the drafting of calls for tender.
The little extra : Without a filter, his spontaneity and frankness often make his colleagues laugh.
Maxime MAVIER
Position : Apprentice Economist
Fonctions : Supports the company’s quantity surveyor (Rémi FERNANDES) with cost estimation, tendering and negotiations with contractors, financial and administrative monitoring, as well as the preparation of technical and administrative documents.
The little extra : A PSG fan and martial arts enthusiast, having practiced for many years.
Yassine OUMANSOUR
Position : Business Manager
Fonctions : By being continuously present on site, ensures the schedule and financial objectives are met. Leads the site meetings.
The little extra : Passionate about football, his determination and perseverance are major assets for LYRIS.

Project manager

Your mission is to ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of the operations entrusted to LYRIS:

  • At the Commercial level
      • Costing of operations including all related studies;
      • Support in putting together bids and presenting them to clients.


  • At the implementation level
    • Technical and financial management of operations (in the development phase as well as in the implementation and post implementation phase) including
      • Drafting of technical and administrative documents, in particular for commercial responses, consultations and the awarding of contracts to companies or subcontractors;
      • Finding solutions to optimize purchases from existing and new partners;
      • Technical adjustments with the synthesis of all trades in view of the execution of the work;
      • Facilitation and preparation of meeting minutes and their distribution;
      • Quality and safety control missions on construction sites.
    • Administrative management of operations including :
      • Management of building permit or prior declaration files;
      • Management of authorization applications or reports of knowledge in the field of ICPE;
      • Qualification of companies prior to contracting;
      • Checking their social security contributions and other taxes.
