GLP, accompanied by its Project Management Company NR CONSEIL, has entrusted LYRIS, acting as General Contractor, with the improvement work on its logistics warehouse located in SAINT-GERMAIN-LES-ARPAJON (91), south of Paris. The improvement works for the increase of the capacities and the ICPE categories of the warehouse with a total surface of about 47.800 m2 have started with the flocking of the facades. At the same time, the specific development work in view of a future tenant taking over 3 cells with a surface area of approximately 4,800 m2 each has also started with the repair of the paving. Finally, LYRIS is also carrying out a renovation of the existing offices including a major cleaning of the volumes. In addition, exterior work is also planned, including the repair of asphalt by planing the surfaces (4,000 m2) and the laying of new asphalt. Our team is doing everything possible to complete the work in December 2021.
